Food intake

What are some of you guys eating schedule? Like how many times a day and what do you eat. I know there are many different meal plans out there, i'd like to hear a few and maybe get my wife to cooking some different things.
 
My "bulk" right now. Not set in stone, we play with a lot of things right now. Subbing turkey for fish some days and more beef. Sticking with flank and top sirloin. I've been having trouble finding fresh bison, usually just packaged from Costco. Two weeks on this and I lost 4lbs so going to keep an eye still. Trainer is having me drink eggs in the morning with 2 scoops of whey and my shake has 2 cups of egg whites instead of water. Final tweeks should be in a few weeks where I think drastic changes will come. After that I can't post anything on diets but I'm sure you can pick apart what may work, nothing that special to this one but from what I've been talking to my trainer about is the little things that you don't think about. One thing I do think has made a difference is making myself eat more greens and fiber, I think my body is burning food up a lot more efficient.

My diet is totally haphazard.
Breakfast is usually 6oz Turkey sausage
6 pieces of turkey bacon
1 bagel and some cream cheese.

Then I have some fast food

Then I have a couple meals with 3/4 lb of beef at each and a few cups of rice.

Then something for dinner.

I have a big shake after training

my breakfast:
8 egg ham and cheese omlete smothered in sour cream
2 cups of oats with blueberries and vanilla yogurt
32oz whole milk

my lunch:
28oz pork steak
4 bowls of pretzels
32 oz whole milk
bottle of Mt Dew

dinner:
Fuddruckers' 1 lb bacon cheeseburger topped with cheese sauce and mayo
2 Dr Peppers

plus another 8 eggs, 64 oz whole milk and 150g whey throughout the day.

Shit, that's nothing. I have that breakfast almost every day. And when we've got the $ I usually do 2 lbs of ground beef in a sitting (at least twice a day). And no matter what I have a dozen eggs and a gallon of whole milk every day plus my three meals. Try to hit 6000-8000 cals a day.
 
And for two weeks I was doing a new PWO regiment.

18oz jar of PB
32oz choc whole milk

Had to quit doing that because of some serious muddbutt. Like trying to scrape frosting out of shag carpeting...
