I know some of you stay lean taking anadrol, and some of you also take anadrol during show prep phase, as they know how to keep the water in the muscle and not spill over subcutaneously.
My question is at what dose and how often. I have a buddy who SAYS he takes 50mg ed, and he fills out the muscle bellys great without spilling over and stays very vascular and veiny.
I am asking you guys because I think he is full of shit when he says 50mg ed, it seems to me that anyone would bloat and bloat quite fast at that dose , that often
So for those who do this at what dose and how often, Im thinking maybe 20mg eod might make this acheivable for myself.
