Considering S.E.O.'s are a necessary evil of Bodybuilding, especially if u want to be in the upper echelons .. so. I am not quite sure why everyone hates on this is stuff..

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USE... AND... ABUSE...

I Know at some point in BBing Career I'll need to utilize S.E.O.'s ... and I am not opposed to doing so in the least.. I am just not going to dump 3ml's daily into the peak's of my biceps so I can beat GREGG VALENTINO's Monstrosity of an arm.. I MEAN GOD.. Why do people wanna do stupid shit like that...

Because they are uneducated and think that it's cheating not realising how
the product actually works... ie. ill just shoot oil in my arms and look
bigger.

Didn't those same people think steroids were cheating too...? ie. man,
what a cheater, the only way he looks like that / lifts that much is coz of

Definitely, and there is also a difference between SEO and Implants too
which not a lot of people seem to consider and straight away scream SEO!

Theres actually a great little clip on the documentary: Bigger Stronger
Faster, where theres a dude talking about all the cosmetic 'augmentations'
he has had done so far. Pecs, Biceps, Glutes and a whole lot of other crap.
But im sure that if he took his shirt of 95% of people would yell SEO
because of all pictures and videos and completely incorrect shit they have
read.
