Who does them and how do you hold the bar securely...crossed arms or just back in the 'clean' postion?
I want to start doing them regularly but just cannot get a good grip.
I used the smith rack for about 6 months until I found my "groove" and "grip" then I moved to the squat rack-crossed arms is most comfortable for me and yes its a weird motion that will take some time to get used to
