_Gear--easy one, with some great suggestions and a great source this ones is no problem -everyother day injections is very do-able for me
_training--finally got this down--2 workouts a week hitting all body parts for an INTENSE heavy weight,low volume workout
_recovery--this is pretty easy too--however it took me along time to except that more is not always better--and I need to rest in order to grow--
_diet--THIS IS WHERE I FAIL AS A BODYBUILDER.I can stay focused for a few hrs a wk for training,and properly using gear--but heres the thing with the diet--I need to stay focused 24/7--and this I cannot do.Between having a full time job,5 kids,house and car bla bla bla.its just too much for me--i guess if i reall y wanted too i could--but alot of times on my way home I have to stop by at Mcdonalds and get a quick meal -or something like that--and also ,I forget to order my protein and I run out and so I don't always eat 300 grams of protein a day--or at times late at nite a roll of oreo's and a glass of milk is too irresitabletc.,etc.,etc.Like i said,its easy to get sotked up for a workout session--but this diet thing is tough--I,m not saying I,m out of shape--for a 50 yr old man most people are impressed--I,m 235-240--6" 18 1/2"arms and a 36'waist--but do I have a six pack? no way,not even close.
Anyone relate?
