I watched this last night. It was alright. Got to really get a good feel of who some of the pros are as they are interviewed. Phil Heath really seems like an arrogant asshole. After watching I got to say I don't like him as much anymore.

Watch his interviews outside of it. He even stated how much he regretted the movie cuz they just up sold his and kai rivalry. And didn't fully depict him as he actually is.plus honestly his the best bodybuilder in the world right now. Arnold used to say he was the greatest and said it was confidence. Why do champions now have to just be humble and can't brag when they win?
I agree with you in the movie they did poorly portray him as a dick but that's simply what it was a bad portrayal to hype a rivalry. It was 85% kai and phil which pissed me off

Ya I'm sure your right it's probably just the movie and the producer liking Kai more. I watch tons of videos on the pros every day to learn more and never noticed anything like that about Phil. So maybe just the movie. I'll have to give him another chance. Haha. No doubt he is one of the greatest bb of our times. He is massive, well proportioned with great symmetry.

Agreed. He seemed so focused on re making pumping iron and focusing on a handful of athletes and could have Done a much better job. To be honest though for a modern day bodybuilding film I've seen it more than once lol

Its worth a watch, They really played the kai and phil rivalry with kai coming from nothing and phil being over entitled. Bias heavy movie, but was nice to see who is relevant on the scene right now.
