How long would you run 10 IU in order to get good benefits from it?

I was speaking of running 10 iu every single day for at least 3 months. split the 10 iu up in 5 seperate 2iu shots throughout the day. Every 3 hours inject 2 iu. This is best way to achieve best fat loss and muscle gains and also ruduce side effects from hgh. Lethargy, bone growth ect. Bone growth happens with long term use. Year+

10iu of pharm grade hgh would be amazing, but I feel it's overkill for the average person not stepping on stage. For fat loss, improved sleep, skin improvement, anti-aging, etc 3iu is plenty. If you're looking to run it to blow up and add serious mass, then 10iu+ is optimal, but that's where you run into side effects.
