I know its been mentioned but yesterday and for a few weeks now i have been going relatively light on leg press but i keep my toes almost off the press they are so low and close together. Then bring the sled down all the way till you cant possibly get it any lower because your knees are in your chest, then exlode up slow negatives. This kills my vastis medialis and im loving it. They are growing finally. Ive always had a hard time getting them to grow. Other quad muscles develop nicely but these are stubborn on me. I have to make sure i go super super low though. the only part of my shoe thats on the sled is from the front of the arch up heals arent even touching this destroys my quads.
