Got my first run at IGF1 LR3 in today

Purely to make measuring it out easier for me. I have it set that .1ml is 25mcg. I think all the info I was reading based on it being in lipolysed (sp?) Form kinda confused me so that's why I was doing it. I probably won't do that for my future runs and get smaller syringes that make it easier to measure.

Agree! I like using a 1cc slin pin, pulling 20ius of BW first followed by the amount of igf I plan on taking. This way no igf is missed.Love the burn lol
 
Sorry I was without internet for a bit. Finished up about 2 weeks ago. Felt fuller and slightly more muscular after only 40 days. Gained about 4-5 lbs without any real apparent fat gain. Looking forward to see how much new muscle it set up for this cycle I just started then will run again for my PCT!

nice, and if you haven't tried it on cycle your really missing out brutha, i know you liked it for Pct, but on cycle is a whole new ball game!! in any case appreciate ur reviews
 
I was thinking the same thing..I pull 10-20 units of BW followed by a few lines down on the slin pin and shoot IM. Never added anything to the IGF vial.

Ok. Last week on this test run. Up about 12lbs since starting and about 17 lbs since running the igf prior. I'm def running this with my next cycle. Even tho I ran the igf prior to the test I felt WAY better pumps and just general better lifts than I have from any of the other cycles I've ran. I'm getting a bodpod body comp test next week then gonna roll into pct with igf adadded in and going back for a 2nd body comp test a few weeks after pct to see how well this hold my gains up.
Gotta say this the first time Ive ever been excited about pct lol

lol, yeah pretty tough getting excited about post cycle anything lol, i feel ya! though I've used igf pct before with great success actually, so yeah you should still have some good umph in the gym using it
 
Alright so I start pct tomorrow. Officially I am 194lbs at 13.5% bf. Although my weight fluxes up close to 198 some days. If I can finish pct still in the 190s with roughly the same bf% I will call this a huge success because I've never been able to hold my gains post cycle before.

Yeah, I've always ran a pct, but honestly I was usually kinda shitty with my diet post cycle. I'm taking a much smarter approach this time with it though. Science and shit lol

Hahaha yeah, I figured I should put all that fancy book learnin I did back in college to use. If this works well I'll post the entire protocol I used and the reasoning behind each part.
 
Finishing up pct after this week and as of this morning I'm 193lbs.
I look a little less "full" but thats to be expected. Safe to safe the MC IGF-1 in my pct was a HUGE success!

This is exactly what I did. Once the circulating test cyp I'd been using reached ~150mg (Figured this out by half life calculations) I used 1,000mcgs hcg EOD for about 8-10 days (5,000mcgs in total). The next day I started serms, 40mg nolva, 100mg clomid, and 120mg raloxifine for 10 days then dropped to 20mg, 50mg, and 60mg respectively. Aquadex was ran at .25mg eod for the first 2 weeks to combat any estro rebound then stopped.
I ended up dropping the clomid after week 3 because the sides were killing me and I couldnt take the headaches.
Ralox was discontined after week 4 and I am finishing out week 5 with 20mg nolva then coming off completely.
I've never used Ralox before but I have existing gyno in my right nip so I wanted to give it a shot and within the first week it shrank up for the first time in a few years! It's def still there but looks and feels a lot better.
MC's IGF-1 was used 5-6 days a week at 40mcgs PWO.
I also used L-cartinine 1g pre and post workout
I'm holding out until mid Jan then started a small cut to get rid of this extra fat I gained getting up to 195 and to get back down around 10%bf then I'll start slowly packing the weight back on!
I fully endorse MC on giving me the best pct yet!
