I took an hour and a half long Yoga class. It was way harder than I ever imagined. My hamstrings feel like I did about a thousand stiff legged deadlifts. The workout was so hard while I was doing it my feet hurt from clinching the ground and trying to maintain my balance. My glutes are sore, my hip-flexors are sore and my lower back sore. It may be a major endeavor to get out of bed in the morning.

By the end of the workout I had a small pool of sweat and I felt like I had ran ten miles.

All I can say about Yoga is that I am humbled and that I will try my very best to do this once a week. If you've never done it fellas, sack up and take a class. You will not regret it.

Nothing to brag about in the looks dept.

Dont discount the workout involve in doing Yoga. It was tough and today is Sunday, I did the workout Wednesday and my hamstrings are still sore and a bit tight.

That's insane, I would've never guessed it'd be that tough. I'm sure seeing all the women handle it like champs had to be a bit humbling, even if they've been doing it for a while

I did yoga on wii fit one time and it about killed. Its not a joke at all..

My wife has said for years I should do it. It help any kind of tightness and lots of back issues. I'll do it again.

haha Im always saying how yoga kicked my ass and my friends who only lift never believe me. I now do it on off days or if I miss the gym for whatever reason...(my gym has odd hours of operation) I will say that I strongly believe it helped my range of motion stay open, which defiantly helps with lifting

on a serious note, after reading this thread i was looking into yoga, and stumbled upon this, and well , i simply had to share it. The important thing to remember is i was truly looking into yoga and men or bodybuilding

I started yoga when I was cleared to get back to lifting after my surgery. it's no joke. seriously kicks my ass every time.
