Has anyone every used a Hammer Strength bench, horizontal that is angled 5 degrees. I havent but a friend loves it (far away) and I noticed one for sale. With my shoulder issue, I thought this mught be a good peice to get. Im basically mostly doing dumbell for chest bc my right shoulder has been injured, not sure if its temp or permanent yet.
tks

they are decent...not sure how it would affect your shoulder though...anytime fit in my town has one...

i like it. you should try before you buy though. for me it does bring the shoulders in somewhat. just try before you buy so you are not stuck with it

if you have the space and cash buy it...you can always go lighter, change up grips, etc to your likings...

I have one at my gym. It's really good, but if you're a wide guy it doesn't "fit" too well at least for me. When I started going heavy I would keep hurting my teres minor at the bottom. I got up to 5 or 6 a side. Now I don't go over 4 plates a side and do it at the end. I also use a very controlled motion and don't let my elbows go below parrallel. Used this way it gives an insane contraction. I get a better chest contraction on this machine than on any other movement or machine I've used in 20 years of training.

I love it.. The only down fall 4me is i have long arms. So i have to put 25lb plates under each leg that supports the weight on each side.. If not it puts alto of pressure on my shoulders.. If i do that my shoulders are find.. 4 plates 2 a side is the sweet spot 4 me.. I would buy one in a heart beat..
