Yeah I agree. All liquid diet would be a horrible thing to endure. I wonder if his family had him burried with the glasses?

probably.....for some reason im kind of wondering how a chicken shake would taste tho....im gud on tha eggs....can u say salmonella

Yeah I am out on putting chicken in the blender...Fuck that.

And I'll Scramble my eggs thanks.

Apparently no carbs makes you go blind... or maybe they had a sale on leftover Hubble telescope lens' at Visionworld.

i wish i knew what the fuck he was saying..... So what did he die of exactly???? I could imagine he had some issues with diarrhea cause you need a certain amount of fiber.

Id rather suck down eggs like that, bet you could eat a ton that way....

It looks like he is putting nail polish remover in with his eggs and shake.... cant be-right??

[FONT=Verdana, Arial]"Katsumi Kitamura" was the most respected Japanese Bodybuilder. But he died from heart failure on August 4, 2000. He was preparing for the NPC's TOC in this month in CA. Actually he was placed 3rd at heavy class last year. He died due to severe dyhydration and body ion imbalance from his extreme diet. These condition lead to his heart stop beating. He was well known for his strong mental toughness. This time, his mental toughness exceeded his physical limitation. When he died, he was 5'8", 240lbs with 5%bf.

got this from another forum

Ok thats mental, got the wife to translate what he was saying..

The first meal is 20 egg whites.. he keeps the egg yokes to give to the animals that live around his building. The vanilla essence is for taste.

He then takes a nap wakes up and because he doesnt have time gets a bunch of raw frozen chicken breasts and blends them... he adds vanilla essence and a straberry flavouring to the shake.

I asked why the guy hasnt been a regular visitor to the ER with food poisioning but aparently you can eat chicken raw in japan due to the chicken being so fresh - its quite a common thing to eat raw chicken with soy sauce..
Just savin u a 'Rosetta Stone'/Hooked on Phonics value package norm lmao:thumbsup:

wow, severe dehydration and ion imbalance sounds like issues related to diruetics...not his diet.

A little excerpt i found on a study done by some students at Stanford:

''When a person is following a low-carb diet, they should know that the diuretic effect caused by the diet will leave them dehydrated. Their body will also flush out necessary fluids, as well as calcium and other important minerals and vitamins. A low-carb dieter may also develop kidney stones. If a low-carb dieter is thinking of using additional diuretics while following the carb-restricting regimen, should rethink this strategy because it will do more harm than what they intend it to do. You will not lose more weight; you will only lose important fluids that your body needs to properly function. ''
