a friend of mine said that sarms work good like steroids but you gotta run a big dose of them
do you recommend that I use 30 mg a day of both lgd and rad for 16 weeks would that be a good option for me if I want to bulk up?
I’m currently 155 lbs and 5’7” and 22 years old and I want to gain about 20 lbs

sarms are more mild then steroids. i would shoot for 8-12 weeks

and i would shoot for 15mgs instead of 30mgs

make sure you use umbrella or RCS

high doses = bad with sarms
