So I am brand new to all of this...I am looking for some advice. I am not a bodybuilder and i dont do any crazy lifting, but I am trying to slim down. I am 5'5 145 pounds and last time I checked I was 30% body fat. I try to workout at least 4 days a week which consists of 25 minutes or cardio and then some weight exercises. My boyfriend told me about Anavar and how it burns fat, so I decided to give it a try. I've been taking it for a week and 3 days, 5mg in the AM and 5mg in the PM and have gained a few pounds and feel like I look more full which is what I dont want. I started to wonder if maybe its better to try and lose some more weight and once that happens then start taking it to tone up or with proper diet and exercise will it eventually get me to where I want to be? I was getting advice from a guy friend who is trying to talk me into taking 25mg a day to make it work faster and I feel like that's too much. Any advice would be appreciated!

The key to losing BF is diet and cardio. I did a quick google search and i see it saying 20mg for females ED. But as i said, diet... cardio and training....

Thanks for your response. I completely agree with you. My weight has been up and down over the years and i know there is no magical pill, but I didnt know if the Anavar is even worth taking for someone like me.

Its worth it if usen properly. Use it as a stepping stone once you built a solid foundation which consists a routine/cardio/diet, once you see progress take the anavar

I don't think Anavar is worth it for you at this point. There is no magic pill and anavar will not melt fat. It will help you become anabolic, but you will need to focus on the weight hard and view your cardio as an after thought now. 1 hour of serious weight training then 20-30 of intense cardio..............other than that your diet is what will make or break you. Get your diet right and you shouldn't need Anavar for another year or two.

My wife actually holds water on var but most women don't. Not to worry you but var is one of the most faked steroids so making sure you got a legit source and I say that to every female as this stuff can mess you up but can also "help" you look amazing if done properly but you need to be serious on all aspects of it diet and exercise being first.

Whoever said take 25mg of var never listen to them again about this stuff. My wife has done most of the suggested steroids and dosages and mild has been great ford her never over 10mg a day of var and when she added another hormone like primo or winny with it sides started showing and not much gains.

Feel free to pm me any time with questions and continue researching for yourself it's well worth it
