help with tb500 for 16 week cycle

I’m interested in using TB 500 for 16 weeks. I’ve heard that this stuff works really good on total body recovery and repair. Do you think I should go with 2mgs 3x a week? Or should I try something else? And if so what would stack well for this? I’m 55 years old and my body doesn’t recover the way it used to

TB500 is known to help with healing wounds and tissue repair while also boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation and even pain. As for BPC, it is a Peptide that also has anti inflammation properties and promotes blood flow and angiogenesis (growth of new blood vessels).

By combining these two Peptides, popularly known as the "wolverine stack" you are theoretically going to promote localized tissue support and healing. This stack can help with tendon injuries, ligament strains, muscle tears, joint problems, and also post-surgery recovery.

As per dosage administration, you'll typically take between 200 and 500 mcg of BPC daily while you take between 2 and 5 mg of TB500 weekly for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks.

Bros, I like using BPC and TB500 together. Also, a lot of guys are using KLOW that's an addition of KPV and GHK.
 
My recommendation is front-loading these peptides. I would do TB500 at 10-15 mg that first week. BPC, do the same thing. Maybe half a mg or 1 mg every other day.
 
It's important to make sure you get these peptides from a legit source. That's why Umbrella is our favorite. They are high-quality and they definitely do the job.
 
TB-500 and BPC are among my favorite peptides. They are great for healing. With BPC, I would try to hit as close to the injury as possible. 500 micrograms. TB-500 you can inject at sub Q anywhere.
 
BPC and TB500 are definitely the GOAT. You want to make sure you run them though at least 12 weeks. I found that if you run them any less, they won't be as effective.
 
The protocol is very simple:
1. 1mg of TB500 every day
2. 500mcg of BPC every day
The only difference is pinning spots. You want to do the BPC in your injury.
