HGH, morning or night or other?

I am interested in the entire thread, please pm me the link if you have it.

This is the first time I have ever seen anyone advocate taking GH and slin together when it is well known that they antagonize each other. And again, IM bilaterally--why bilaterally for GH and slin? The current thinking is that only IGF-1 causes spot growth, thus needing to apply it bilaterally.

The whole idea intrigues me, but I need to see some research that backs this up.

I disagree with you here. It is actually a fairly common pro protocol to take slin with HGH. The ones that you do not want to be coadminstering simultaneously are IGF and Insulin....obviously.

I for one take my GH in the morning AS WELL as PWO. If I had to choose a one time a day administration, then I would select morning, as that way it:

A) does not blunt your bodies endogenous production via pituitary induced negative feedback.

B) blunts your bodies cortisol spike in the morning which is very counter-productive to all that we are trying to do.

Again, none of this is infallible or written in stone, but is what I have come to find is the most accurate both in terms of the accounts of those with more experience or more information than I.

Dat had a thread on his forum that came to te conclusion that 1-6 or 7ius actually sensitizes gh receptors....but more than that is counter productive.....u better off dosing more often than larger amounts

I keep reading all throughout the day. 2ius 3-4 times a day.

LOL

so many protocols

Here is the theory as i undersatnd it re pre bed

Natty HGH is produced in REM sleep we all know we frow during sleep

taken pre bed you get an exogenous spike and half life is extremely short then HG produced in REM sleep occurs not until 2 hours after actually falling asleep so you get this one two punch

Howver a good friend who is a UK pro swears for maximum mass take Post WO bilaterally along with Insulin in the same pin shuttling the HGH right where it needs to go... He has experimented with HG for may years and is a NABBA champion he also swears by this alternative protocol used during PCT

"take your whole weekly dose in one shot on a Sunday night with a small top up on the Thursday night, The theory is that by injecting a massive amount of gh exogenous you will stimulate a huge natural release to follow as sort of a rebound effect. There is some thought that a huge dose will taper off rapidly leaving you in a valley that the body will try to recover from by release more of your natural gh to compensate."

take you pick :bench:

i really am thinking hard on using gh but im affraid of the sides, im a big eater and dont want my waist to thickn or pudge out. id love to run igf and gh. how long would you guys say it takes for side like that to start being notices?

any one experiencing the gh gut yet? or noticed any change in that area?

I was told the morning is the best time bc if u do it at night or afternoon, it prevents the natural gh, which comes out during sleep, to release

Not true actually quite the opposite

Natural GH dose not occur ubtil REM sleep kicks in, so if u take before bed ou get a nice GH surge then 2 hours later when u reach REM sleep you get a natural surge this produces a nice one two punch

Contrary to popular belief women need more growth hormones as compared to men. For long HGH or Human Growth Hormone, supplements are associated with men as they are predominantly used by male bodybuilders and athletes. However, women are equally benefited from HGH therapy. According to a 2006 study of the Clinical Endocrinology Journal, women with hypo-pituitary women a combination of both GH and DHEA or dehydroepiandrosterone helps in maintaining the adequate level of growth hormones and serum IGF-1. A continuous administration of HGH therapy for six months followed by DHEA administration for another six months benefited the patients.
[h=2]Benefits of HGH for Women[/h]HGH offers many benefits for women in the long run. When there is a decline in growth hormone production women see their skin getting loose, wrinkles appear, fat starts accumulation in the belly area and there is a loss of overall well being. HGH therapy offers benefits that help women reverse the signs of aging at the same time supporting their weight loss goals.
Before we discuss the right Human Growth Hormone dosage for women it is important to understand how what benefits do boost the level of growth hormone has for women.
[h=3]1. Enhances Strength[/h]

According to a study published by the “Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism” in 2003, Human Growth Hormone has performance-enhancing benefits. In the study older women with HGH deficiency were administered with growth hormone supplementation. At the end of the study, these women had enhanced muscle strength in legs and hands. Most of the subjects also had decreased body fat and increased lean body mass.
Some studies also support improved athletic abilities with HGH therapy.
[h=3]2. Better Endurance[/h]

Other than strength, growth hormone can also have a positive effect on other athletic behaviors in women. As per a 2010 report published in the “Annals of Medicine”, young women who facilitated their exercise with HGH had improved endurance and were able to sprint faster compared to other non-HGH-facilitated subjects.
However, it is important to note that there was no effect on the aerobic capacity or body reflexes. The effect of Human Growth Hormone therapy faded within a few weeks of ending the therapy. There were no side effects of HGH reported by any subjects.
[h=3]3. Better Skin Tone[/h]

Poor body composition resulted from growth hormone deficiency causes rapid aging of the skin. With HGH supplementation it is found that women can maintain the elasticity of their skin that prevents wrinkles and shagginess. Improved blood circulation also makes the skin healthier and radiant.
[h=3]4. Decreases Cholesterol[/h]

As mentioned before, aging lowers the production of growth hormone and increases arterial plaque development. This association between the Human Growth Hormone and cholesterol, suggests that growth hormone assisted therapy can be helpful in preventing cardiovascular disease in adults.
This hypothesis was positively tested and study results were published in the “Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism” in 2004. The test subjects were younger and older women with HGH deficiency who were injected with HGH to study the effect of cholesterol. The results showed a decreased level of bad cholesterol as well as decreased total cholesterol. It shows that with HGH, cardiovascular risks can be lowered.

Women can shed fat faster, make their skin younger, promote their hair and nail health and improve sexual vitality. HGH therapy is also known to help with post-menopausal complications and menstrual troubles.
[h=2]HGH Dosage for women[/h]The proper dosage of Human Growth Hormone is important for women. Your doctor will be able to advise you the best-fit HGH dosage depending on your medical history and present condition.
So, how much hgh should a woman take to lose weight or for better skin and health?
Women should start with 1IU per day and gradually increase the dosage to 2IU per day carefully monitoring how their body responds to the increased dosage. Often women are able to tolerate up to 4IU per day of HGH without any troubles. The final goal is to maintain a dosage of 6 to 9 IU per day.
According to popular research conducted to study the impact of Human Growth Hormone dosage on women found that maintaining a dosage of 0.02 to 0.03 mg/kg of body weight per week gives the maximum benefit.
The resulted benefits include improved fertility with ovulation stimulation even for those patients who failed to conceive with in-vitro procedures. Also, the subjects of the study also reported a loss in weight primarily due to fat reduction, increased sexual performance and improved overall well being. Increasing dosage beyond the said limit showed some serious side effects.
[h=2]What are the common side effects of HGH?[/h]Human Growth Hormone therapy is safe under supervision, but there are certain side effects of HGH women should consider.

  • Growth hormone supplementation increases fluid retention in the body that can cause bloating. In a 2005 study on the effect of HGH on younger women, it was found that it resulted in increased body fluids that led to bloating.
  • Women with a history of medical complications are not advised to undertake Human Growth Hormone therapy for the same reason.
  • In rare cases, some women can experience complication like increased glucose after Human Growth Hormone therapy. In a 2005 study, middle-aged women were given HGH to correct their deficiency. It was found that HGH has decreased the level of insulin sensitivity in most of the subjects and as a result of fasting, glucose is increased.
To deal with all these side effects, women should opt for oral Human Growth Hormone supplements unless they are recommended injectable supplementation by a doctor.
[h=3]Summary[/h]Aging causes a drop in the growth of hormone production in women. As a result, they face several issues including poor skin health, lowered endurance and body strength, and increased body fat. HGH for women is proven to help deal with most of these aging-related health issues.
Human Growth Hormone therapy under expert supervision can help women struggling with depression, infertility, obesity, and poor body composition. You should talk to your healthcare provider to know more about the benefits of HGH for women.

I used to inject mine in the morning and again in the evening but after awhile I feel like the morning injections were making me tired so
I switched to one dose a few hours before bedtime.

This is quite an old thread. There were so many questions as to when the best time to take HGH was. Over the years, it seems that it's most beneficial to spread it out over the day with one of the doses before going to the gym. This also seems to be with a lot larger doses for the most part, but it can be done with lesser such as 2 iu/morning, 2 iu mid-day, and 2 iu before evening workout for example if you're trying not to do so much at once.

There really are numerous ways it can be done and most prove to be effective. One top IFBB pro I train has 1-2 iu right before every meal.

I can understand why he'd do that. I suppose there really isn't one singular "right" way to do it.

I've seen it work in various different regimens. One of my favorites during a bulk phase was not taking it daily, only MON/WED/FRI.
