how big do you want your arms?

LOL, I dont care what size you get them to, we will always want a little more something. Size, definition ect.
Just a little bigger, just a little more cut, a little bigger peak, more tri's. We are never satisfied. lol

Mine are already a bit over 20" and that's all I've ever wanted. I wish my biceps had more peak and separation. Unfortunately that's something I'll never be able to build

Mine are 20 now but ZERO peak. They look decent in clothes but shitty when drawn-up. I ordered syntherol, hoping to add some peak. Ill keep you posted on the progress. I dont care about the NUMBER per se, but want them damn peaks. Big WV arms arent big but Id trade with him bc he has a decent peak for sure, so Im not caught up in size of the arm

thats how i am zero peak at all it's like a long ballon. i know people with smaller arms but they have baseball like biceps and they look so much better.

I'm a powerlifter so all I care about is strength. I never train biceps but I've got 18" arms. And that's fine with me. Sure, it'd be nice to have huge biceps but its not really necessary for what I do.

Yes, mine aren't very big, but I've got decent peaks. I'll take a pic soon and show them off. I will measure them soon too
