How do you massage your muscles after workout?

What equipment and tools do you use to relax your muscles after heavy work-out? There are many and still cannot find a perfect one.

My friend has a "rumble roller", i tried it and it is really good. I ordered one original for myself and one from China, looks totally like original one, but not sure about the quality, will see.

Yea, it does But you can really get to deep tissues with it, especially back.

I like that rumble roller. I'm kind of tired of the regular rollers now.
