I get new clothing or things like that, nothing like that feeling when your dressed in new clothing and feel new, and look great! I do this every few months tho, helps with depression and such, no joke!

ive been doing really good at work, i got a promotion, and a pay raise and a bonus LOL. so i guess its not a self rewarding thing but i sure do feel good!! ive had a hard couple of months, but ive been pushing through, busting my ass, and lifting hard in the gym.

i rewarded my girlfriend, sort a...for putting up with my mood swings the past couple of months, i just had brand new wood flooring put into her house, it called maple chocolate, and put some new tile in. it looks beautiful. so i feel like its all one big reward.

and hey I proposed to my girlfriend too!!!! and her crazy butt said yes!!!!!!!

so im off the market and feeling really damn good. and extremely happy that im gonna spend my life with her.

i feel im rewarded.

I never reward myself because I think Im never good enough. This is how I motivate myself, I use negatitve vibes on myself.
