I know that BB isn't really about strength trainnig or trying push crazy weight all the time, but I never wanted to be one those big guys at the gym that can't even bench 300 lbs or barely curl 50lb dumbells. To me strength is just as important as looking like could bench press a buick. I know some prob dnt see it this way, but why weigh 290lbs and not be able to push some meaningful weight?????
