wow!! I just started noexplode.. only doing 1 scoop- but usually i've had 4 cups of coffee and im rolling pretty good already.
I try for a 10, but i know what big heinz is talking about (i think). Can your really train like a ten without a cheering section and a good spotter??
I do my best, i plan my days around my workouts, try eat well, get jacked on something, think about what im going to do before i go, and go balls to the wall.
Without gear im still hitting it hard, but may be hitting an 8??
