I just finished up my cycle i was running 1000 cyp 600 deca a week and 100 tren eod for 16 weeks. How long do you guys think i should take off b4 i start my next cycle.

are you planning on bridging between cycles or staying totally clean? also what are you thinking of running next time around?

im going to stay clean between cycles. im going to run prop 400, cyp 600, eq 600 and dbol a week for first 8 weeks then cyp 1000, eq 600 tren 100 eod for the last 8 weeks. thats what im kinda thinking

As they say...Time on is same for time off..

I agree with this. At least its the rule i try to follow.
With some of my gym buddies who are fairly new to gear i tell them to double the time off. But this is only bc i feel they have plenty of growing to do naturally

I'd also have to say somewhere around 16 weeks. It's hard to stay clean that long, but you'll appreciate it in the mean time

Alrite thanks guys ill try to take 16 weeks off. Its going to be tempting not to start b4 16 weeks but ill give it a try.

depends on your ultimate goal and your age...some never come off even though they say they do. Some people's off is 800mg of test a week like mr. ronnie coleman

That's a good point. If someone is getting ready for a show I don't think there would be a need to come off of test. Plus if I was taking test I would never want to come off :)

A month or 2 would be fine bro. You can always do the time on = time off way, but everyones body is diff so you need to find what works best for you bro.

Id say this is more likely...

In all my years, I have never known one person that actually sticks with Time On=Time Off, though this may be a proper protocol...most guys I know go right back on right away because of the strength and size gains they get and the minute some of it disappears they go back on..

This is where the psychology of AAS comes into play...so watch out and try not to become mentally reliant on it.

Hell im lucky to go clean (totally clean, and not doing hrt) for a month..Mike wants me to take a good 6-8 weeks off...here soon...just do hcg, tormimefine (sp?) ...uuugggghhh I hate being clean...
