How many are ready for Monday gym action?

I gotta say that I love my relaxing on the weekends, but by Sunday night I am ready to destroy the gym on Monday!!! My energy level is through the roof and watch out...ready to tear it out of da frame!!!

Monday - Chest, calves and now starting my ab routine

I have to re-qualify for the nationals so I plan on coming in R-E-A-D-Y

What does your Monday gym time look like?
 
Hell yeah!! Cardio at 6:30am (I get up around 5, but like to relax and drink some coffee and check email first)... then back at night for legs and cardio round 2!
 
I have about 6 more months of building mass...I plan on getting to around 300lbs. I am not a big believer in bulking so much and gaining a lot of fat. I will stay on my cardio for my normal 3x a week for the next 6 months and then as I get closer I will kick it up.
 
Mondays usualy chest day lately but it use to b Mondays was always something different and I kind of miss that as I hate doing shit the same day of the week all the time
 
I go to work at 4 am then hit the gym at 9 for cardio and tanning, then back to the gym in the afternoons... I love the split like that, doing cardio and tanning in the morning always makes me feel great about the day

My schedule used to be conducive for this type of split and you are right...I loved it too!

Well looks like im the same, I will be doing Chest and than 20-25 minutes on high incline treadmill
 
I love it, it feels great starting the day out like this

Two weeks ago, I would have said you were crazy, but last week I started getting up to do am cardio and now I'm bouncing out of bed at 4:45am everyday now (even on weekends - something is wrong with me!! lol) But I feel awesome after going to the gym and sweating it out for 45 minutes on the stepmill... I feel so much more energized and focused throughout the day!

I feel that way everyday I make it to the gym after work. It is just a great way to start the day
