Must be nice!!! :thumbsup:Around 400g of Carbs. I notice that I respond really well to high carbs. It really depends on the bodytype and genetics of the person though.
For bulking, I actually get leaner and build muscle much faster on high carbs.
The high fat, high protein diet never worked for me. I felt too flat.
With my bodytype, I do the high fat, high protein, high carb diet
