I'll be 37 in August and I'm feeling my joints and tendons more and more but I know that lifting has been keeping my healthier than if I wasn't lifting. DC training is making more and more sense to me the more i get into it.
 
yeah mike i kinda know what your saying dc would make sense for you sense your hitting that magical age :). lol. i still like to keep it around 8 working sets per muscle.

yeah we have some good times over here, I believe it was Presser who coined that new cereal name. Stick around because when Presser speaks people listen... we then usually laugh at him and forget what he said but we stop and listen first.
