Looking for some advice on a DSIP protocol. I've read that you shouldn't run too much of this stuff, maybe 200 or 300 mcg before bed. Do you think I should cycle it every other day or use it some different way? Trying to improve my sleep.
 
Bros, I've read some good things about it and I've read some not-so-good things. Some people say it actually hurts their sleep more than helps.
 
Dsip is a good option to try. Some of these peptides are going to be hit or miss; this one seems to be one that really helps some people.
 
You'll do fine on DSIP at 200 to 300 mcg, 30 minutes before bed. You don't want to go any higher. It's not about how much you do. It's about running it smart.
