I'm looking to get some lean gains and would like to add some growth hormone to my protocol. I'm currently running some SARMs and some peptides. How much growth hormone would work well? I'm 40 years old and I'm around 180 lb. I want to put on 5 to 6 lb of quality muscle. Do you think 2 IU per day is good?
 
Bros, growth hormone is not complicated to use, two to three IU per day. It is going to work in 90% of situations if you ask me.
 
I would go with one or two IU's. I think that is a good start for you. You can always increase the dosage as you go more.
 
Growth hormone is the GOAT. It works really well. You should also consider adding some low-dose testosterone or maybe some low-dose anavar as well.

You're not going to go wrong with growth hormone; it's one of the best. You can go up to three I use per day. I don't see any purpose in going more than that.
 
Growth hormone is definitely high quality from domestic supply. That's the number one thing you have to worry about. HGH is the key. Make sure you use Belagas and PharmaQo.
