With right solvent you can make winny in bacteriostatic water at ratio of 100mg/ml 30 ml., Virtually painless.

Editing Step 4, someone at another board pm'ed me saying they burnt themselves on the vial, and said "You didn't say the vial would be hot." I thought that would be common sense since your heating up a glass vial to over 200 degrees.

Mr. T recommends not to use any BA and that the Super Solvent will be enough to keep it sterile. There's something about BA and winny that doesn't jive and even as little as 1% may screw it up.
Might held fine for weeks without any BA but just for fun I added 1% BA because I'm paranoid about sterility and the bastard clumped up on me.

if it clumps up even after a few days or weeks, repeating step 4a will solve it.
You know, I've been heating the damn thing in a pot of water near boiling (simmering) and shaking the hell out of it since a lot seem to stick to the bottom of the vial and only vigorous shaking would loosen it up. I'll try again tonight and leave it submerge longer (I only did it for about five minutes). How long do you usually heat it for?
