how to use bpc for bigger results

I’m looking for your advice on how to use BPC 157 for bigger results. I am a strength athlete and my issue is the more I push the more I get injured. I would like to be able to take the BPC along with my strength training routine, which is 5 days a week and be able to prevent injuries. Do you think 250 mcg would work good per day?
 
absolute GOAT stack is tb and bpc. you can also add 1mg ED or EOD of GHK. only issue i heard that stuff hurts to pin!
 
i am in love with tb500 and bpc. do 10-15mgs a week of the tb500. and then you can do bpc with it at 500mcg a day
 
make sure you pin bpc into the injury! very important. tb500 can be pinned anywhere!
 
i would use umbrella too for your peptides. they work amazingly well. its a hell of an option
