are a big scheme by real estate moguls to get kids thinking about home ownership so they'll buy sooner rather than rent.

lol, sounds like smart business to me brutha! Ive seen a lot of different things done, I actually got my Real Estate License about 12 years ago, worked for Century 21 briefly and they would toss around all kinds of ideas for open houses but i must admit renting a big bouncy wasnt one of them! lol
 
I've thought that about big car sales with the draw for the kiddos. Hmmmm?? Never really gave it a thought on real estate.

think about it. Kid is having a blast playing in the castle. says to mommy when it's time to leave, "mommy I don't want to leave I like it here!". hearts melt houses sell.

yeah i dont know, nor care how cute my kid is, when your making a purchase in the hundreds of thousands of dollars then i doubt the kids babbling makes much of a difference lol. I know for me it wouldn't

it shouldn't your a rational and reasonable man. emotional female? different story. :laugh:

but srsly, I wasn't going anywhere near this when I started it. this isn't as bad as another forum that I'm on. it got to making snow forts in cul-de-sacs. go figure.
