What have you tried? What's your favorite? Any new thoughts about different dosing? For me, I do 100mcg applied to triceps, arms, quads, pecs, shoulders, etc depending on what I'm training and only on training days. I recently tried doing a general application and was pleasantly surprised. The specific muscle group didnt seem to get as much of a skin splitting pump, but my whole body got sick pumped!! I mean top to bottom!! I've been wanting to try multiple times a day. Anyone try it??
