Ok here is the deal..... I eat Oatmeal at least three times a day.... I eat it with my breakfast, and I eat it twice with a protein shake as my meals in between my main (real food) meal.......

SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME OPTIONS!!!!

Give me some ideas of how to replace the protein shake and oatmeal, with something else...... and don't say tuna..... YUCK!

I'm bulking by the way....

crank why don't you try throwing in a protein/mrp bar. the trioplex bars are big enough to get me to my next meal. i'd like to eat 2-3 every day, but i can't afford to be buying 2 boxes a week!!

Have you checked out realdealnutrition lately? They're running a special on mixed boxes right now - $20 a box.

Damn bro, with all that fiber you probably aren't assimilating the calories that you think you are. I will recommend some red meat-tastes good, good protein some fat. You live in the Great White North, try to befriend some hunters or something-might get some free (at least cheap) kill. Whatcha got up there-Elk, Moose, Buffalo, Deer? Sounds like growth to me. I have several friends and customers that stock me up on deer meat all the time-got a freezer full now. Free, lean, and easy.

I could use a friend like that...lol.....but here in Florida the deer are so small I would need several friends...

Yeah, the deer here are kinda puny too-all they have to eat is swampy shit (same in FL I suppose). I bet one large deer here dresses out with maybe 25 pounds of meat (just a guess).
