If I eat anymore oatmeal I think I might hurl.....

I carry around a loaf of whole wheat bread in my lunch cooler. 14g carbs per slice, 1g fat, 2g protein. I just got done eating 3/4 lbs chicken breast, 4 slices bread and a granny smith apple. I ate the same thing 3.5 hours ago.
 
Hmmmm. The Big Mac idea wouldnt work for Crank since he eats them PLAIN. Yah, WEIRDO! ;)

Give me some ideas of how to replace the protein shake and oatmeal, with something else...... and don't say tuna..... YUCK!

How about trying beans? as in kidney or black. Lots of good carbs & protein as well as fiber.
Someone else mentioned mixing yogurt w/ oatmeal which sounds gross but is really good.
As for tuna, mix it with 1-2 Tbsp of condensed Cream of Mushroom soup. Even if you don't particularly care for tuna this is awesome. Mixing BBQ sauce with tuna is also great!
