i just use it once daily and just one spot, works just the same in my opinion
 
So when you jab pre workout you don't feel more of a pump in that particular muscle group ?
No if you were doing it pre workout you will feel one of the greatest pumps you ever felt in your life like presser said, do as much reading as possible on IGF lr3 before taking it the reason I say that and everyone has different beliefs but from every scientific study I have read the only problem and I'm not saying it is wrong is if you do pre workout you have not created hydrophy in any of your muscles therefore the IGF may not bind to the receptors in that muscle and instead travel around the body and stick to organs and intestines and you do not want them to grow. I have done it pre workout and post workout pre workout is great I just don't suggest going above 20 mcg pre workout I think personally it is better post workout because the IGF will bind to the receptors in the muscles you just trained expecially if you are doing site injection.. also IGF helps recovery so some people are not only doing it post workout but they are doing it on days off because obviously that is when your muscle recovers and grows so there's a lot of different ways people are deciding to run it, but I wouldn't go above 60 MCG bilaterally..

if you go I.M. then yes, and thats when most guys split it up, but for me, i just go subq in mid section once daily. I still get great pumps, and im a firm believer in that subq applications are better for fatloss, and I.M. applications are better for localized muscle growth.

Im plenty big enough for my liking lol, and for most other peoples liking probably for that matter lol, so i just keep it simple and go subq, and i feel the benifits just as well over all, but if i was just starting out, i would and i have done I.M many many times for months on end, and yes felt like that particualr muscle was benefitting more

I agree I have tried both ways one time I ran it for 50 days subq in the mid section and my arms group three quarters of an inch in 50 day so I truly believe you will get benefit from it either way..

oh and I always use it pre-workout, i have done it both post workout and pre workout for entire cycles, and found that pre workout is much better for me, though its long r3 which means pre/post its still in you around the clock and i also do every day, no days off, and days off are most important to use it anyhow in my opinion.

truth be told, there is no wrong way to use IGF-1 lr3, i mean the reason you read so much conflicting advice in terms of when is best to use it, is cause it works no matter which way, pre or post workout, so guys sware by this way or that way, but it just works period, probably the best product i have ever used if im being honest and the sole reason we carry it here (cause i believe in it) , i had major nerve damage in quad, which was dead and flacid for a year until i found LONG r3 IGF-1 !!!
 
He is right I agree with him on both things everyone swears that the way they were told to do it is the right way and I truly believe when it comes to IGF you are benefited from it either way. Also as far as muscle growth goes IGF is definitely the best products on the market today. It is the only product that can make your muscle cells split and divide and make more also it has the least side effects than any other product like AAS...

subq applications sting a lot of guys, so be ready, lol, but ya get use to it to the point you dont even feel it after a while,
 
As was mentioned here. One of the most amazing things about MC IGF is how versatile it is... it is fantastic to add to any type of stack or basically for any purpose. What's up bro so I've taken about two months off from the gym because I had a newborn in between work and him just didn't have time however starting Sunday I'll be back in the gym and I'm going to purchase assume igf-1 lr3. The reason I'm telling you this it's because you have always been good to me whenever I've had questions in the past about other things you have the answer them correctly and promptly and I want you to know this appreciated. Like I told you before I responded very well to igf so I was going to do you a favor for always taking care of me and keep a log and post pictures if you would like? Just let me know where you would like me to start the log meaning do you want me to continue it to this post or start my new one for myself?
