This also explains perhaps one of the more subtle reasons why HGH goes PERFECT with Test. They complement each other. Test has more receptors to bind to.

Any hormone, not just testosterone, but any steroid will have more receptors to bind to, which is why you get so much more out of the same dosage prior to using IGF-1 lr3,

Currently running IGF-1, HGH, Follistatin, Mast, Test, YK11, Anadrol, Anavar. I'd have to agree! :D

Anavar and anadrol together? or do you mean your current cycle consists of those items but not actually all at once lmao

This was my latest run in with MC IGF.
I started Steroid blast
Also was using hgh.
In morning would wake at 4:15am
Get going use hgh at 2iu around 5:15 drive to gym
Drink protien
Start workout by 6am
At pump after warm out about 1/2 way thru around 6:40
Would go in bathroom pin 30-40mcg of IGF lr3 on each side IM. So 60-80mcg total!!!

Work out done at 7am and food consumed
By 7:15am

I began falling sleeping doing paperwork at work and fighting to stay up!!!

I believe I was experiencing the perfect syntergesic combo and growth release with MC IGF, hgh, and gear!!!!

This continued I stopped IGF for off time
I added t3/t4 50mcg of each.

About ready to start more MC IGF
Not sure how I will use it.

Thinking of trying it at 40mcg pre-bed for 1-2 weeks.

You know, I never used igf pre-bedtime, and I would be curious to know how you respond to that overtime, assuming your going to feed the body/muscles at the same time as to really take advantage of the rest and repair the night brings us.

I have used growth hormone this way, kigtropin I think they were. GREEN and white, pretty sure they were king or king some shit like that, lol.

Anyhow, I like this idea, as I think it ranks right up there with when guys take IGF on their days off from the gym and rest and eat well and come back with some serious glycogen stores. Now that I do regularly, and when guys ask if they should not use igf on their days off from the gym, I always wonder if they understand how it works really, as everyone seems to be out for the pump in the gym from their using igf on gym days, but never do they stop and really think it through in regards to using it on the off days.

Anyways, would love hearing how that goes after a while.

I also think combining HGH with igf is is a good idea, and only recently came around on this idea.

Change comes healing and recomp fat lose!!
Will update

how did taking your IGF 1 long r3 right before going to bed work out.

During sleep is when we naturally pulsate the most endogenous growth hormone so one would think its not the best time. I am wondering what your experience has been or is.

Curious as well, although I havent seen him around lately. But I would like to hear anyones experience with taking their igf before bed and where it was applied

IGF 1 lr3 hyperplasia means you get more out of less of your other chosen hormones. Especially useful for those on Prescribed testosterone or any other hormone replacement therapy medicine due to never really being prescribed all that much per week!

Unlocking the Synergy: How IGF-1 LR3 Enhances Steroid Uptake and Initiates Muscle Fiber Growth

In the world of bodybuilding and athletic performance, the quest for maximizing muscle growth and strength gains is a constant pursuit. Athletes and bodybuilders are continuously exploring innovative approaches to optimize their performance. One such compound that has gained attention for its potential synergistic effects is Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Long R3 (IGF-1 LR3). This synthetic peptide has demonstrated the ability to enhance the uptake of other steroids like testosterone, leading to increased testosterone receptor expression and the initiation of new muscle fibers. This article dives into the science behind this phenomenon and the potential implications for muscle-building enthusiasts.

The Synergy of IGF-1 LR3 and Testosterone

IGF-1 LR3, a variant of the naturally occurring IGF-1, plays a vital role in mediating the effects of growth hormone (GH) on muscle tissues. It interacts with various growth factor receptors, including the insulin receptor (IR) and the insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGFR). One significant aspect of IGF-1 LR3's synergy with testosterone lies in its ability to enhance the uptake and utilization of testosterone by promoting the expression of testosterone receptors (AR - Androgen Receptors) on muscle cells.

1. Increased Testosterone Receptor Expression: Testosterone is a powerful anabolic hormone responsible for muscle growth and strength development. By using IGF-1 LR3 in conjunction with testosterone, users experience a boost in androgen receptor expression on muscle cells. This heightened receptor density allows muscles to utilize a larger portion of available testosterone, enhancing the anabolic effects and maximizing muscle protein synthesis.

2. Enhanced Muscle Protein Synthesis: The combination of IGF-1 LR3 and testosterone creates a synergistic effect on muscle protein synthesis. Increased testosterone receptor density allows muscle cells to more effectively absorb and utilize testosterone, resulting in a higher rate of protein synthesis. As a result, muscle tissues experience faster repair and growth, leading to enhanced muscle hypertrophy.

IGF-1 LR3 and the Initiation of New Muscle Fibers

In addition to enhancing the uptake of testosterone, IGF-1 LR3 has demonstrated the ability to initiate the formation of new muscle fibers, a process known as hyperplasia. This unique property sets IGF-1 LR3 apart as a potent growth factor in the realm of muscle building.

1. Hyperplasia: Unlike hypertrophy, where existing muscle fibers increase in size, hyperplasia involves the formation of new muscle fibers. IGF-1 LR3 activates satellite cells, which are stem cells located around muscle fibers. These satellite cells play a critical role in muscle repair and regeneration. Under the influence of IGF-1 LR3, satellite cells fuse with existing muscle fibers or differentiate into new muscle fibers, expanding the muscle tissue's overall size.

2. Muscle Fiber Quality: The initiation of new muscle fibers can lead to enhanced muscle fiber density and arrangement, resulting in improved muscle quality and contractile strength. This attribute is particularly appealing to athletes and bodybuilders aiming for higher levels of functional performance and aesthetics.

Conclusion

The combination of IGF-1 LR3 and testosterone demonstrates a fascinating synergy in the realm of muscle building. By enhancing testosterone receptor expression and promoting the initiation of new muscle fibers, this dynamic duo offers athletes and bodybuilders an enticing approach to unlock untapped muscle-building potential. As with any performance-enhancing compounds, responsible usage, dosage considerations, and consultation with healthcare professionals are imperative. While IGF-1 LR3 and testosterone present exciting prospects for muscle growth, maintaining a balanced and sustainable approach to training, nutrition, and supplementation remains the cornerstone of any successful muscle-building journey.
