igf lr3 is active for 24 hours so really dont matter.. what i have noticed that its a crazy fatloss tool.. i pin in the am and have carbs with it or i go hypo.. im also going to pin after a high carb meal.. im down 9lbs in one week without changing diet or routine

First week I was doing 100mcg at night.. This week I started using 50mcg in the am fasted and noticed I was dropping weight with same diet and routine.. last night I pinned another 50mcg after a high carb meal just to see if it does anything for weight/fatloss..
edit.. yesterday 50mcg @6am and 50mcg @ 7:30 pm post workout heavy carb meal. 100 mcg total
I take my igf 1 lr3 45 minutes prior to training. I then consume a ton of carbs! Then while training if the gym im at has a 50/50 carb/protein drink i will sip that throughout workout. Then i will eat a regular meal a little later, with as much protein as i can.
