IGF-1 lr3 Log, journal review for ladies to read who are considering cycling IGF-1 lr3 and since its on sale @ www.musclechemistry.com

Female IGF-1 lr3 Log Review

IGF-1 lr3, SARMs Ostarine, Andarine, Ligandrol, Ephedrine, Nootropics, Vitamins @
www.musclechemistry.com

I think IGF should form a foundation for women. No negative sides and tremendous effects on muscle, bodyfat reduction, and joint integrity. A little Var or even LGD I'm seeing and some IGF and you've got a hell of a stack.

ligandrol lgd-4033 , he is referring to the SARM we carry in our store with the IGF-1 lr3

Thanks for the info Presser. I am new to a lot of this. Didn't even know what a SARM was until recently.

Everyone is great on the MC forum. This is awesome. Silk, what has been your experience on LGD?

I really like it. I've been on 3-4 weeks now. It's made me strong that's for sure. Are you asking for your wife I'm guessing? I haven't noticed any negative sides. Any specific questions about LGD?

I was thinking, if you're still researching weight loss ideas for your wife, it might be easier if you started your own thread that way all the info will be in one place and you can compare everyones answers. Just an idea :)

As always, and this goes to all the guys, feel free to ask me anything. As long as you're respectful (which you have been) I don't mind answering personal questions. I know a lot of wives/gf's are on the fence about trying "stuff" due to all the horror stories they hear. I also imagine it's gotta be hard for you guys doing the research to ask (on behalf of your lady) personal/embarrassing question to some girl on a forum, lol... I won't be offended

Silk, yes I am still looking for ideas for my wife. She has been doing a Keto diet for the last two months and has dropped about 15 pounds. Right now we are dealing with tendon issues in her feet which hampers her ability to do much cardio. She did about 15 minutes last night and ended up rubbing her feet until we went to bed. I would start my own thread but you are the only female that gives input. Presser has bumped up some reviews for IGF which I am thankful. Just have to keep digging.

15lbs is great! I sympathize w/ your wife cause I too had an injury preventing me from many forms of cardio. I ended up putting on some weight, but I've finally recovered and back in the gym. I know it's gotta be very frustrating for her. Would she be interested in posting on MC? As you know we could use more women :)
Since weight loss seems to be the primary goal, have you looked into ECA? I'd say that's my favorite as far as supplements. There's a ton of info on MC if you're not familiar.

Oh and have you thought of entering 3J's contest? You should look it up and give it a shot.

Silk, I did enter 3J's contest and not sure if she is ready to get on the forum or not, I will ask her. She has a heart condition and cannot take any stims. She has to take meds to keep her heart rate down. If she misses her meds she can have a resting heart rate of 160. She has passed out on me more than once. I cannot wait for her feet to get better as she is one strong lady. I have seen her in the past put over 700 on the incline leg press and rep it. She is my world and I am not afraid for anyone to know it. I will do anything to get her healthy. Not looking at a weight, just get healthy.

damn brutha 700lbs is impressive, and I honestly wish her a very Healthy Comeback, and i know ur were looking into IGf for females in other posts and this stuff is not for her daddio, but i think i said that before, anyhow, i agree with silk, she would benefit from 3J nutrition network services, its not bodybuilding, and competitive prep he does, he is brilliant when it comes to diet and nutrition and i dont use that term lightly!

A specific diet/nutrition plan with whatevr else he incorporates would benefit anyone, and I know for a FACT that he doesnt just give out the same tired plan to every client, when he says he gets to know about you and tailors everything to his specific clients needs, he means it!!

Just a thought , as you never know ya might win his contest and i would hate to see you turn it down,

Presser, thanks so much. I agree she needs to wait on the IGF. I will talk to 3J and see what we can come up with. Thanks so much for all of the input from everyone.

Sorry I missed this one.
I didn't remember her heart condition, but yes you're right of course, no ECA. It sounds like her options are really limited, but I would stick to what you're doing cuz it's working. 15 lbs is a GOOD number! Please tell me again, how much is she wanting to lose total?
I know this has gotta be hard on the two of you, but the one good thing about tough situation in life is it's an opportunity to bring you two closer as a married couple. We all know it's really the struggles and difficult times that creates a solid marriage. Anyone can be "happily married" when life is easy so use this to your advantage. Remind yourselves of all the good things you two have going for you. It's the positive ones who truly reach their goals in life and it seems as though you guys are headed in the right direction :)

Silk, I know you have been working some crazy schedules, but how is the training going? Do you mind sharing what you are taking right now?
