Well about had the my wife talked into trying some igf. She said she wanted better workouts and I told her about it. Then she had to go do some research on it and only wants to talk about how they say how it can increase the chances of the C word and other things. And my comment back to her was you only live once and you should look good and feel go to.

So if she does think about trying it. How much do you think she should start out with and how long should she run it. She is 51 and she already in pretty go shape. She is 5'5" at 130 pounds.

my fiance has been researching about igf and cancer she said that you can find enough articles to sway you either way on increasing chances of developing cancer.

she said she is still going to try it
