Initially started at 40mcg/day. Hunger kicked in around day 3 or so. After 1 week no sore joints, no wicked pumps, and no weight gain. BUT, lost 1 solid inch of fat off the waist. Which must mean that there was muscle gain to counter the fat lost.
Week 2 through the end: Switched it up to 80mcg/day and felt sore knees the very morning after first upping the dose. Intense hunger. Just for kicks I diluted the IGF with B12 for 2 days in a row and I HAD to eat every hour. Can't say I'd recommend that, it was actually painful. Decent pumps felt a couple of days after upping to 80mcg.
End result: Up 6 lbs to 232 and waist is down 2 inches plus. Really started to feel "big" about the middle of week 2, you know the pumped all the time feeling. I have been really working my bi's hard and they are up 1/4" since the IGF. This is unnaturally fast growth for me at this point. The muscle gain and fat loss on this was comparable to a small cycle of tren alone, but without any of the sides. Feeling very hard, especially in the shoulders. What I think is really amazing about this was that much of the time I was stuck traveling, and had substandard equipment to work out on.
