Instead of 12 egg whites

they are more expensive then 1.80
more like 5 bucks for the quart
it does beat cracking those eggs open
 
I consume about a doezn eggs a day too but in two seaparte portions. I know the high sulphur and phosporous contents in the egg can really give me the runnings and i thats no good.

I take the egg whites in the microwave and zap it for 15 seconds. Pour into blender with whole milk, dash of nutmeg and one scoop of vanilla protein powder and crushed ice.. Its quick and hassle free..

Also, do you guys who eat a dozen, say, eat some whole eggs and some, throw the yolks away. I will imagine for 12 eggs, the cholesterol, even though its good, 12 yolks be OK or bad for you?
