wheres that gym set up? your house? wish i had a set up
Yeah I have a cable machine,squat rack ,bench and up to 15-60 in dumbbells.but for my Olympic weights I have 6 25 plates 6 ten plates and 6 five plates.it takes getting use to when scaling my weight.oh and 2 35 plates.
I use it when I work late and have the kids.... Beets skipping the gym.

Got in a great shoulder workout even though I was hanging mad drywall today.<br />
Did side raises from 10-20 pounders 13 reps last set<br />
Back raises 20-30 pounders last set 10.then did 100-125 shoulder press last set 12 reps.all exercises had 6 sets.I watch other people throw around a bit more then me with shoulders but there shoulders look a lot smaller then mine.wondering if its the fact I have really long arms lmao.

here gos some shots of the rock I slanged today it is in a clean lid witch consist of a 3 foot area above the ceiling completely covered in drywall with a special paint to keep the room germ free.
 
Ewww got a good pump with the arms today.started cable pull downs 5 sets last set 80-15reps then over head cables 5 sets last set 80-16 reps then some 40 pound dumbbells lay down extension off shoulders.then biceps dumbbell concentration off knee 25-35 dumbbells 12 reps then dumbell curls last set of 5 45 pounder 15 reps then some reverse with 30 pound dumbbell 15 reps then rite to hammers with a 25 pound dumbell for another 12-15 reps gets then burning.today was reps and form for sure.

Did some chest today after a easy 10 hour day so I went balls out.incline 6 sets last 3 sets 185 15-12 reps then went to flat bench 6 sets last 3 sets 225 15-13 reps then did some incline dumbbells Flys with 40 pounders 4 sets of 12-10 reps and I was ready for a feast and a nap. I must be getting old but I feel so young,hahahahahaj
 
I got a tracking number from pct shop but not the shipper... I copied and pasted into as many shippers I could think and non of them worked... And replies are slow as shit
