yea he's always in shape kinda got screwed last ( i think it was) they went with "prettier" but less conditioning and mass

nailed it! and when buffalo says FUNKY, i just don't see it, his physique is spot on, proportioned from everything I've always seen, he just doesn't have that all american magazine cover face, which undoubtedly plays a roll at the highest level, it shouldn't ! but it does

Exactly!! Shouldn't matter, but does......sad

Dante Trudell created Dogg Crapp training. Not John.
The two training methods couldn't be more different in approach.
I was lucky enough to have John send me a daily workout for about 10 weeks..........very high volume filled with different intensity techniques.

yeah I guess you're right (fucker), prettier was probably what I was thinking.

That guys always looks just insane. He is the.... inventor??? Of DC training.... DoggCrap... In case you didn't know

He does look insane. DC training was Dante. Meadows does Mountain Dog Training. I'll have to look at that one. I've done DC for a few years now, and it works well, but if this other method works even better then I'm all for it.

i think john is more of a volume guy and dc is more of a hard heavy and get it done ala dorian yates style.
