I remember u and I talking in prolly February u were depressed about getting back tight.
U had stopped for shoulder injury like 8-12 weeks!!!
I watched u cut slowly till u were around 210, and then u did the rest fast.
The slowly cutting really helped u be bigger at your cut.
U look big your arms are huge!!
U have awsome physique!!!

Well, I didn't do the All South. I didn't feel as if I was ready for a national qualifier. Looking back, I should've done it, I would be nationality qualified right now.
