gave up smoking a long time ago by using nicotine gum. Worked great, but I've been hooked on the gum for a long time now, lol. Started chewing regular sugar free gum. After a couple of days of massive headaches its all good. I actually feel better. Hoping I'll get more focus with my diet and workout
 
Congrats bro, I'm in the process of quitting again. I've cut myself down a lot, I've got a couple weeks to go though, down to around 4 cigarettes a day. I was almost at a pack a day and sometimes more, just depended on what was going on
 
Good job man. Nicotine is really hard to quite! I think it's actually been proven to be harder to quite than heroin because you are surrounded by it and you can see them and pretty much get them every where.

Wish I could get you a bigger discount on peptides for quitting...
 
Go to the local hippie mart and grab some tea tree toothpicks. helped me alot. i also kept grippers in the car to keep my left hand busy. lol
