My form on independent exercises is just as good on my left side i can contract it pretty much just as good etc. Im also just as strong and sometimes stronger on my left side but its just not quite as full or wide on that side. I have only 1 bicep on my right arm so im thinking maybe that has something to do with it? Maybe my left side uses more bicep then my right? Im not sure what would you guys do to start working on this?
End of back day do some width isolated exercises just for my left side or what?

I thought i had they same problem about a year ago. Turns out, it was a matter of posture. Work on the way you flex each muscle while looking in the mirror. Took me a few weeks of practice but I soon came to realize it was simply posture.

Great point NAIR. Lighting may also be a factor. Have you checked it in different mirrors with different lighting sources? Just a thought.

Usually, the only way to work out an imbalance is to stay away from two-arm exercises and do one-arm exercises. You may even have to do different reps or weight, but it is possible to balance it out.

On the assisted Dip/Pullup machine you could do 1 arm pullups to help with the imbalances, really like this lift for lat development anyway

I did some work in the mirror in different lighting and its definitly a little wider on the right side. Would a normal person notice it? I dont know but i sure do. Ive been doing mostly isolated arm movements for back lately, lots of hammer strength machines etc. Hopefully they will start to balance. I might start adding in a few sets to my left only, or taking a few away from my rright..

as i get leaner its more noticeable too :(, im thinking im gonna do an extra few sets on left arm after my back workout and just do DC stretches on my left lat and just not do them for my right. I think that might help spark a little extra growth over my right for the time being.
