liquid clen question

my buddy isnt having a good experience with this, anyone have experience with this?
I have tab experience but not liquid

I've taken both and both were very effective for me. very easy to over do it with liquid tho w the dropper b/c most guys dont truly measure it. . just squirt it !!

agreed, I've heard of guys using a slin pin to get an exact measurement so that they can adjust the dosage as needed

draw up the desired mcg then squirt in mouth

I've never liked clen, but one of my ex's did liquid clen and t3 together and had good results from it
