Just throw it in? the question is , is how much water to get the right mix. That is about the fucking stupidest thing I have ever herd bye the way, you could kill someone like that.
bump I make it in DI water with 1%ba at 200mcg per ml. Never had a need for heat, it dissolves rather quickly. I like to actually make a jug of koolaid with splenda and use that as the water for the recipe.
