Ok lets have the to do list here! I want to make sure everything goes smooth! This is her 4th show but you never know right so lets here some last minute ideas for one week out all th way up to the show
lets see she is water loading today (spring water)
carb depleting today ouch better her then me hehe
still going through her routine
still flexing until wed
still cardio until wed
still training high volume to deplete muscles of glycogen (no legs this week)
Start protan on wed night ( i get to paint her naked body)
no diuretics this show as she only used taraxatone before anyhow,w asnt bad but not worht the trouble, she tricks her body into pissing like a champ anyhow
tanning until wed
So give us some help and add anything you may think we need to do or try this week to prep well!
