1ml/day is a pretty high dosage. you can probably get away with much less, but you'll see continued suppression of estrogen levels all the way up to 30mg/day. i use 0.2ml/day, or 0.5mg.

Marble its easier to use the dropper than measure out .2ml in the dropper.
1 ml is a standard dosage that works well with anyone.
