ahh ok - thx bro. Yeah I am feeling good on the 80mcg of IGF. But I am eating well too. I am pounding the oatmeal right after with a scoop of whey. PLUS I sip on Waxy Maize while training with BCAAs. I maintain my off days with just 40mcgs. But your suggestion with the Oatmeal was key. I feel like an OX! LOL

yeah bro, theres nothing like a few packs of flavored oatmeal pre workout! apple cinnamon is my favorite , i slam about 3-4 packs after my igf-1 lr3 and I'm all set, if i had to choose between my pre workout energy drink or the oatmeal, i would choose oatmeal every time!
